The Personal & Work Life Program (P&WL) equips service members and families with tools to build resilience, strengthen relationships, manage stress, and maintain a healthy work-life balance. 🧘‍♀️💬 It includes workshops on communication, emotional intelligence, parenting, and personal growth.

The Navy Life Skills Program offers foundational training to support Sailors’ personal and professional development. 💼🧠 Sessions focus on essential life skills like financial literacy, time management, and healthy relationships.

P&WL programs are open to:

  • 🎖️ Active-duty service members
  • 💍 Military spouses
  • 🧑‍💻 Civilian personnel
  • 🪖 Guard & Reserve (eligibility may vary)
    Especially helpful for first-term members, transitioning service members, and newly assigned families!

Courses are hosted at:

  • 🛫 Military & Family Readiness Centers (Air Force) 
  • Fleet & Family Support Centers (Navy)
    Sessions may also be delivered onboard ships 🚢, in-unit 🏢, or virtually 💻.
