Overview

The Military and Family Readiness Consultation Team partners with Joint Base Charleston leadership to enhance service member and family readiness. Through proactive engagement with unit leaders, the team identifies emerging concerns, provides targeted education and referral resources, and ensures timely follow-up—supporting mission readiness and overall well-being across the installation.

We have kicked off 2026 extremely well and are gaining momentum. Through our effective leadership consultations and assessments, we have identified the needs and have scheduled 9 key training courses within the commands in the following areas:

Finance, Communication, Social Skills, Professionalism, Stress Management, and Team Building
